Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Business Development - Real Estate Projects

1. A multi-faceted personality, who can work on various aspects of a deal, form sourcing, to building financial models, to deal structuring, legal documentation, stake holder management - all with equal ease.

2. Would have probably worked in a Business Development profile of a Real Estate focused Fund or a Real Estate Developer

3. Good understanding of Development Control Regulations and the legal framework surrounding real estate projects

4. Understands key accounting concepts that would have impact on deal structuring

5. Be responsible for holistic evaluation of the project

6. Preparing FSI and Financial Models for the project

Deal valuation :

- Presentation of Deals to internal and external stake holders

- Identifying key points about real estate projects being evaluated

- Work closely with top management for negotiating transactions

- Work closely with top management for structuring transactions

- Coordination with different agencies like Law Firms, Technical Agencies for deal documentation
