AGM Customer Marketing Major Responsibilities : - Drive overall Customer Marketing capabilities and design Commercial Plans along with the Team around III core areas- - Channel Strategy (GTM & Channel Programs) - Sales Automation ( DMS ) - Productivity and efficiency of 3P Teams with optimum ROI. - Develop a winning Route & Go to Market and strategies - Sales & Distribution Planning & execution - Developing, coordinating and networking NPI GTM plan while working very closely with all the relevant stakeholders - Channel strategy for MT & GT - Develop Trade Marketing Strategy to help achieve Trade Sales - Channel Management - 3P (DB Salesman, ISR) deployment, engagement, training & development - Driving productivity & efficiency - Defining & driving trade KPIs in close coordination with the Sales, Brand & Comex team - Driving Sales Automation Systems & Process - Mobility - DMS - Design KPI and process efficiencies - Driving sales formats & process uniformity and maintaining Trade Sales & distribution data repository - Sales plan for NPI and NPI tracking - Develop processes to Track plan / execute & monitor sales launch plan for all NPD - Track and measure the NPD launch for the first phase in coordination with Sales / Marketing & Demand Planning.
