- This DGM level role will work with leadership to develop, implement and drive results through technology thereby increasing organizational productivity and effectiveness.

- This role will work closely with Head Corporate HR and other key stakeholders in HR to design and deploy HR digital interventions by way of robust requirement gathering, project scoping, vendor discussions, project management and ensuring flawless delivery.

1. Act as a bridge between digital platform partners (PeopleStrong) and HR teams and associates to ensure the HRMS / associate portal functions smoothly and manage escalations in a smooth and seamless manner

2. Gather business requirements for new HR tech requirements from HR teams and help identify the right partner for delivering the appropriate digital solutions; ensure robust documentation of requirements and testing (UATs)

3. Help identify IT / tech risks proactively that may negatively impact associate experience

4. Project manage new implementation projects

5. Ensure, with the help of one or more team members, smooth implementation of leave and attendance processes

6. Support teams in automating existing processes for greater efficiency and productivity

7. Explore and propose adoption, by way of well structured pilot projects, of new and emerging HR tech in areas such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to help reduce extent of routine activities within HR

8. Play the role of being the face of HR for all digital matters and be the go to person for all such requirements.

Skills: Stakeholder management, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking, Collaborative, Influencing skills

Qualification: PG/MBA in HR

Practice: 5+ years of post-qualification experience overall with prior experience of at least 1-2 years in implementing and project managing HR tech projects
