AGM - Business Finance

1. Overall Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Accounts, Financial Disclosures and Updates, and Annual Reports.

2. Knowledge of IFRS, Accounting Standards, Financial Disclosures and Updates.

3. Annual Budgeting, Profitability Management, Business Plan.

4. Working Capital Management and Commercial Acumen.

5. Use of Technology for Business Process Improvement.

6. Evaluation of new projects based on Financial Model and Adequacy of Return.

7. Coordination with Auditors.

8. Able to support business vide his proactive Involvement with Marketing, Treasury, IT, Procurement.

9. Should have knowledge of Accounting entries with Accounting standard, MIRO, Service Entries, JV's, Service Tax, TDS, Sales Tax compliances etc.

10. Forex Valuation and transaction accounting.

11. Finalization of Trial balance, Monthly closure activities and reconciliations, Ledger Scrutiny and Audit co-ordination with Auditors.
