Assistant General Manager - Brand Solutions & Business Development - Ad Sales (6-15 yrs)

The right person for this role would be a Team Player, Coordinator, Self-Motivator, Good at follow-ups, passion for artist community and persistent in nature.

The person will be responsible for networking, relationship building and developing business to achieve revenue targets, profitability targets, and growth in line with company's vision and values. She/He will be responsible for the execution of all integrated sales activities in assigned markets to generate revenues.

Revenue Generation / Business Development

- Responsible to regularly meet with key personnel in Corporates to make them understand the platform and to pitch various campaign ideas for a collaboration.

- Responsible to generate revenue in an assigned market as per agreed targets.

- Responsible to coordinate with marketing and design teams to create presentations that would be required for pitching.

- Responsible to brainstorm with the marketing team to crack various CAMPAIGN ideas on which would collaborate with Brands.

- Brief-debrief from the client and work or re-work ideas for the client with the Marketing team.

Networking/ Building Relations

- Responsible to map various Corporate Brands with whom Talenthouse India would collaborate to provide opportunities online to young and budding artists.

- Responsible to database, network, build and maintain relations with key personnel in Corporates.

- Required to strategize and prepare CAMPAIGN execution plan to ensure campaigns for the site as per agreed targets.

Sales Plan and Strategy

- Responsible to map the assigned market, identify and prioritize key brands and personnel therein, prepare sales plan and strategy to generate business through them.

- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned market, quarter on a quarter that ensures attainment of company sales goals/targets and profitability.

- Responsible to develop yearly sales plan with quarter roadmaps, timelines, and milestones to achieve the agreed sales targets.

CAMPAIGN Closures

- Required to ensure that CAMPAIGN's agreed is properly closed by the signing of MOU's with various terms with the Brands.

- Required to coordinate with Brands to get video bytes for the CAMPAIGN

- Responsible to get the Brands, Facebook and Twitter links to facilitate campaign outreach and PR efforts throughout the CAMPAIGN

- To update the client from time to time on CAMPAIGN progress in terms of submissions and voting

- Coordinate with clients to announce winners and facilitate outreach team in winner selection and announcement process for own CAMPAIGN- s

- Responsible to coordinate with CAMPAIGN winners and outreach team to ensure that winners get their share of gratification.

Accounts Receivable :

- Prepare cost estimate sheets for clients to enable him to raise a Purchase Order (PO)

- Ensure the receipt of a PO in hand before uploading a CAMPAIGN

- Coordinate with Finance department to raise timely invoice as per credit terms

- Follow-up with the client to ensure payments are received on time.

Reporting's :

- Responsible to update VP Sales, CEO on a weekly and Monthly basis on activities in established protocols.

- Report on weekly, monthly sales visits and revenue generated.

- Report on market trends and competition activities

- Report on Monthly CAMPAIGN Target VS Actuals (in terms of CAMPAIGN's cracked and revenues generated)

- Report on a number of submissions and votes per CAMPAIGN.

- Report on PR activities and mileage for each CAMPAIGN and Talenthouse India through the efforts.

Job Specification

- 6 - 15 years of experience in Business Development.

- Should at a graduate, with good academic background.

- Pleasant personality.

- Passion to do something for artist community.

- Passionate about the platform and the competence to pitch same regularly to Brands.
