Institutional Business & B2B - AGM

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaboration with companies for sales of SND imported products: Business generation in MAP, CN, MKP, KN segment by supplying to the smaller companies.

- Key Account Management : To focus on managing key accounts/clients in order to accomplish and advance sales budget, and maximize opportunities to make sales. To ensure that the appropriate products are brought to the right place and at the proper time so as not to miss the sales target needed to achieve a business plan. Monitor up-to-date information related to customer activities. Organize and arrange specified record and files in order to keep track of financial transaction.

- State marketing federation : Identifying the institutional players who will be interested in the SND business and work with them closely to increase business. This will also cover the RBKs in the state of AP.

- B2B domestic business : The executive will identify opportunities for domestic B2B businesses and grow the same, particularly in bentonite Sulphur segment and manufactured WSF and MN segment.

- Urban markets Business development : The executive will be working on the business development of urban segments and generate revenue

- Exports : The executive will also work with the commercial team to cater to the emerging export business

Qualification: (BSc Ag.) & MBA (ABM) Mandatory

Experience :

- 12+ years

- Preferably from Agri input companies, preferably B2B/Institution sales.

Knowledge :

- Products, Features and Benefits (incl. competitors)

- Agriculture Industry (crops, crop pattern, soil conditions, monsoon, seasons, crop related diseases, irrigation facilities, Govt. supports, subsidies etc.)

- Good understanding of all business verticals

- Agriculture Business (farmer economic conditions, investment, expenses, profit to farmers, loans etc.)

- Company sales plan, policies & strategies

- Proficiency in using MS Power point, Excel (incl. pivot table)

- Knowledge to use statistical tools and statistical softwares such as SPSS, R, Mini Tab

- SAP knowledge

- Understanding of government policies

Skills :

- Negotiation skills

- Capability to influence external stake holders

- Relationship Building

- Business development Skills
