KRAs:
- Managing end to end recruitment cycle for all levels in coordination with other business units and as per agreed timelines.
- Planning and implementing effective organizational structure and design, for effective utilization of resources.
- Planning and implementing retention strategies and succession planning. Ensuring effective employee engagement and talent utilization through innovative HR practices.
- Planning and implementing new age performance management systems and rewards with sharp goal sheet and competency plan.
- Drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to HR team for effective performance.
- Also providing supervision and management of administration function.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM/Post Graduate Degree/Certification Specialized in HR from Tier-1 institutes in India or abroad
- Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural team
- Passion to work in social sector and make a difference
