Assistant Director - Solutions Costing & Pricing - Big 4 (13-18 yrs)

We are currently hiring for one of our Big 4 client for an Assistant Director role for its Solutions Costing and Pricing team.

Total Experience Required: 13 years of minimum industry experience not less than that and should be sitting at Senior Manager or above role

Note: Max Compensation would be 46 (Fixed) + 15% variable or on industry standard based on current CTC.

Location: Bangalore (Primarily) but open for Gurgaon and Hyderabad as secondary

Job Responsibility :

Education -

CA/MBA Finance. Preferred Industry certifications: management accountant

- This role requires experience of having worked with sophisticated costing and pricing models for complex Managed Services pursuits using multiple data sources, for clients.

The preferred candidate has a good understanding of how solutioning models (effort estimating models) are put together and is technically adept and comfortable discussing topics around technology, e.g. tech stack, tech ops, data ops, service management etc.

- Minimum 13 years of work experience with minimum 10 yrs of relevant experience working in Pricing, RFP/deal reviews, contract reviews and development of client business cases. Work experience with a service outsourcing firms, e.g., Accenture, DXC, IBM, EDS, Wipro etc is preferred.

- This role requires fluency in alternate fee arrangements. Understanding Costing & Pricing related key concepts, commercial terms, and contracts

- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
