Role : 1. To ensure that Safety is built as a pillar across all the parts of the value-chain - Logistics & flow of assets, Charging stations & spaces 2. To take accountability of the Safety culture in the organization, by implementing world class standards around processes, designs & behaviors 3. Build a team to implement aligned standards, conduct regular audits 4. Partner with the Operations & Logistics teams to enhance the capability of the team through regular training & activation campaigns Candidate spec : 1. Field Safety experts from Petrol Station/Transformer companies/Manufacturing setups 2. Should be well versed with ISO 180001, OHSAS and such related standards 3. 12-18 years of experience. 4. Location will be Bangalore (With initial stay in Delhi for the pilot support)
