Assistant Director - Revenue Operations - Fintech Startup (6-13 yrs)
Role Description
- Head the end-to-end revenue operations for multiple financial products.
- Own management and improvement of loan disbursal operations, insurance payment collections and improvement in processes of other financial products.
- Conduct hygiene check and ensure data accuracy. Ensure high level governance standards.
- To complete CKYC, On-boarding related activities and ensure sales closure. Own TAT for sales closure and ensure good Customer experience.
- Stakeholder management, Data accuracy & Transaction quality.
- Review the existing process, standard operating procedure, Operations Handbook for account services.
- Drive and manage workforce management activities.
- Work collaboratively with business and product team in support for new product launch and drive digitization to achieve straight through processing and online strategy.
- Lead a team of operations managers and help them achieve sales targets.
- Lead operations implementation of new financial products being launched.
- Ensuring the quality targets are being met.
Attributes we are looking for :
- 6+ years of overall experience in retail banking or e-commerce operations.
- Experience in working with and managing large backend operations team.
- Excellent operations know-how.
- Exceptional team management skills.
- Strong understanding of KYC compliances and sales process flow
- Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential.
- Prior experience with a Lending Fintech / Institution will be preferred.
