The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in setting up or managing process in an automotive set up with an understanding of the complexity and nuances of each of the asset life cycle stages. The candidate will bring in high operational excellence, eye for cost management and optimization, safety and process orientation. He must have high service excellence and execution focus. The incumbent needs to be a champion of change management through the implementation of rigorous processes.

Process Excellence - Automotive role would broadly be responsible for following 4 areas:

1. Asset Health & Quality :

- Create and implement processes to measure, maintain and improve asset health & quality score

- Implementation of continuous improvement & Lean initiatives using Six Sigma & Kaizen methodologies

- Process Training of all stakeholders on the process steps to drive compliance

2. Asset Safety :

- RCA & investigation of safety related incidents in vehicles (car burn)

- Build safety intensive processes/SoPs for device fittings etc. to minimize risk to vehicle

3. New Processes Excellence :

- Build processes for new setups/initiatives like night service, a company owned workshops etc.

4. Quality Culture:

- Implement frameworks for Quality and process audits and building a DNA of Quality across the organization

- Design a Quality Audit Framework i.e. Audit calendar, Standardized Audit Checklists, Audit Scoring mechanism for periodic audits

- Monitor process health and initiate RCA & Corrective Actions in case of reduction of process efficacy.
