Job Description - Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible to drive end-to-end HR for India.

You will work very closely with the internal and external stakeholders leading HR Operations and playing an advisory role to drive organizational culture and foster growth.

Client Details :

Our client is a leading firm in health-care domain. They are looking for a seasoned HR professional with either experience with hospitals/ healthcare domain driving the end-to-end HR activities or experience working as a consultant.

Description :

- You will be responsible to work closely with the global stakeholders to drive the HR agenda for the India set up.

- You will be managing the end to end activities like C&B, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management etc.


- You will also be working as a strategic HR advisor to external clients

Profile :

- At least 8 years experience post-MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a must

- Experience in a consulting set-up or in Healthcare domain would be preferred.

- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders.

- Ability to be a hands-on, detail-oriented and all-rounded player in a small team setting.
