Core HR - 12-14 years

We have the following requirement with MNC companies in NCR

AD HR MBA HR 12-14 years exp

The incumbent will be responsible for the following HR processes for :

- Employee Engagement

- Strategic HR

- PMS

- Core Business HR

- Work in collaboration with CoE HR working to give the best HR delivery to the business verticals

- Manage Business stake holders

- Is strongly process and policy driven

- Incumbent should have worked in Matrix envt or structure

Experience :

The ideal candidate should have 12 - 14 years of relevant experience operating as an Core HR Business Partner after a full-time HR degree from top pedigree HR Inst

- Prefer from strong Mncs and Indian Mncs like Mfg / Fmcg/ Services / Consulting or Fmcd background

Comp range 30L-35L
