Assistant / Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts for corporate
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection process (interview, screening calls etc)
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Providing training to recruiters if required.
- Preparing job descriptions based on the requirements analysis with Business Heads.
- Sourcing candidates through various sources for cost effective hiring,
- Screening/shortlisting CVs, conducting F2F, Telephonic ,online interviews, fundamental analysis and short listing of the candidates
- Facilitate the interview process with the respective line managers,
- Salary fitment, negotiation and offer roll-outs.
- Generate MIS and reports as per requirements
