Job Description - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Plant HR
Reports To : DGM - Plant HR
Purpose:
The main scope of the role is to execute the various processes related to Employee Benefits, SAP, Performance Management, Statutory Compliance in Plant HR.
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
i. Generating MIS and assisting the higher Management for cost analysis by preparing Manpower Budget Report, Actuarial Data Report, OT report etc. and time to time data analysis for IR function.
ii. Monthly Salary Administration with Team and annual reconciliation in SAP / SAP Success Factors. Supervision of other SAP HCM activities (Regularisation of OT, Shift Schedule, Onboarding & Offboarding etc.) with the Time-Office Team at Plant.
iii. Annual salary revision and fitment activities for Non-Management Employees.
iv. Statutory compliance as per Apprentice Act. Online Enrollment involving Recruitment, Contract creation, Record of Progress, Attendance and leave monitoring, Liaison with concerned departments, liaison with BOPT, eastern region, Stipend claim monitoring.
v. Ensuring compliance and timely issuance of Gate Passes including Administrative support during the Turn Around Activity at Plant.
vi. Performance Management system for Non-Management staffs.
vii. Compilation and Provide Data for statutory compliances of Bonus, Annual Increment, Promotion and Merit award for Non-Management staffs.
viii. Monitoring welfare measures at Plant and providing guidance to Higher Management as Welfare Officer.
ix. Trouble shooting in Successful implementation of SF Employee Central etc.
x. Implementation of various HR policies.
3. Qualifications:
Regular (Full time) MBA/ PGDBM in HR from a reputed institute.
Knowledge:
i. Sound knowledge of SAP HR and preferably SAP Success Factors.
ii. Experience in handling employee grievances.
iii. Sound knowledge of MS Excel.
