Assistant/Deputy Manager - Human Resources - BPO (5-7 yrs)
Required for a well reputed Domestic BPO which is a global leader in business process management.
You will be playing a major role in People management and engagement.Your HR manager duties will involve managing activities such as employee relations, employee engagement, end to end HR operations including compliance,performance management, and talent management.
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
- Planning, organising, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
- Implementing and revising a company's compensation program
- Performing benefits administration
- 5+ years Good Exp. as HR Generalist
- Experience of handling a large size BPO/ITes setup.
- People oriented and result driven
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
