Employee Relations - Disciplinary Actions / Grievance Handling / Union Activities etc.   2. Performance Management System completion for Jr.Staff   3. Leave, Attendance & Payroll for Junior Staff   4. Amicus Database Management (Jr.Staff & Contract Labour)   5. Absenteeism - Reporting, Monitoring & Control Measures (All Contract Labours & Jr.Staff)   6. Contract Labour Management   7. Operational Lead Skill certification - For shop floor employees, complete Skill Certification program, Issue 8.Certification cards & monitor training activities to bridge gap   9. Co-ordination and regular interaction with Line Managers, Production head on various employee-related topics.   10. Reward & Recognition - Monthly appreciation of employees through Employee of month & Spot award (All employees & Contract Labours   11.Regular interaction & meetings with employees to maintain harmonious employee relations & resolve all issues to avoid any unrest   12.
