Assistant/Deputy Manager - Client Acquisition - Wealth Management (3-7 yrs)
Position Title : Assistant / Deputy Manager
Location : Mumbai
Function : Client Acquisition
Reports to : Head - Business Development
Qualifications :
- Graduate degree (any discipline) from a top-tier school or BBA/ BMS with MBA/ PGDM preferred
- Advanced MS Excel / PowerPoint skills
Work Experience (highlight) :
- 3-4 years work experience preferred in client acquisition & Business development roles in hospitality industry/ Banks / Financial services
- Either prior experience of acquiring high-net worth clients OR other industry relevant origination & business development experience
Core Purpose of the Role:
This role requires the applicant to work closely with the Corporate Client Acquisition team and be responsible to generate leads.
- To generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process
- To penetrate into all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services
- To set up and deliver pitch presentations
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organization(s) to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure
- Ensure adherence to set acquisition process, maintain the prospect funnel and the necessary MIS report(s)
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan
