- Division Value Engineering, Production & Support/Quality Support, Field Quality Support
- Above role is designed for driving the value engineering projects. The person will help in resolving the field claim problems by using her/his Design and Development experience.
- Resolving production quality issue arising from plants also comes under this role.
Key Result Areas :
The performance will be evaluated on following parameters, but not exclusively :
- USD saved through value engineering.
- No. of field issues resolved.
- Time taken in resolving the field issues.
- No. of Production quality issues resolved.
Knowledge, Skills and Experiences Competencies :
Educational Background : B.Tech, M.Tech
Work Experience : 8 -12 Years
Functional/ Technical Competencies :
- AutoCAD
- Unigraphics /CATIA.3D Experience
- Tire Design and development experience preferably in OHT
- Working experience in plant will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Quality Tools/Techniques & problem solving methodologies
- Exposure to SAP PP module
Behavioral/ Managerial Competencies :
- Team Player
- Eagerness for skill upgradation
- Entrepreneurial spirit
