As the Asst Credit Manager, you will be approving and/or declining loans within assigned limits ensuring that they are properly documented and within established guidelines.

What you will do:

- Evaluating the credit-worthiness of the client by using the Company's guidelines.

- Generating financial ratios to evaluate customers' financial status.

- Analyzing credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money

- Ensuring quick turnaround of customer loan applications, including credit analyses and take a final decision on the basis of tele PD or physical PD.

- Responsible for minimizing Fraud risks by constantly evaluating process gaps and improvising risk policy.

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- 2-4 experience in Credit & Risk department of Banks, NBFCs, Credit rating agencies

- Education Qualification: CA/ MBA

- Fluency in Tamil

- Highly customer-obsessed thinking

- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills

Experience: 2 to 4 years
