HR Grade- Sr. Manager ; Department-Credit
1. Candidate is required to have product understanding for Term loans, Working capital and structural products.
2. Due diligence of corporate, group and promoters, customer application screening, financial evaluation, industry analysis, underwriting and sanctioning of loan.
3. Site visits and Personal discussions with Promoters/ CFO / senior officials.
4. Preparation of credit notes along with stipulation of deal specific covenants
5. Make lending decisions based on established policies and credit risk assessment
6. Adherence of Internal Credit Policies and capturing the deviations accordingly in Credit Note.
7. Approval / recommendation of credit limits and transaction.
8. Complete ownership of a client account. Interfacing with clients for all operational activities.
9. Understanding of credit rating
10. Work closely with the sales team to ensure that credit decisions are aligned with business objectives
11. Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes that may impact lending decisions
Desired Profile:
- Experience in structured finance ,corporate finance ,credit ,large corporate ,project finance. And Experience in NBFC, Indian Banks or Financial Services.
1. Graduate degree in Finance (CA /MBA), or a related field.
2. Professional certification in credit risk management (e.g., FRM, CRMP) will be preferred
3. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in credit risk management
4. Strong understanding of credit risk management principles, practices, and regulations.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to analyze complex credit data and make informed decisions.
7. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
