- The client is one of the growing Private Equity firm with Headquarters in Delhi and has a strong presence in Infrastructure and Power space.

Job Description :

Reporting to Head Finance, you will be responsible for :

- Statutory Audit and Internal Audit of the portfolio companies and global entities

- Strong working knowledge of Taxation is a requirement

- Manages books of accounts

- Good understanding of regulatory framework like FDI is a requirement for the role

- Accounting knowledge is a must

Profile :

- CA/MBA with 7+ Years work experience in statutory audit, internal audit, accounting and regulatory framework like FDI is the requirement for the role

- Looking for candidates either from Fortune 500 companies or Big4 organisations
