Assistance in Corporate Secretarial & Regulatory activities PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES: Secretarial - Maintain Secretarial records of the Company - Assist Company Secretary in conducting Board, Committee and General meetings of the Group Companies - Prepare notes on agenda and draft minutes for Board meeting and General Meetings - Prepare and file forms, returns and applications with Government Authorities like Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other Authorities, as required from time to time, and strictly adhering to timelines for statutory filings - To maintain updates of recent notifications & circulars of Company law and other relevant statutes applicable to the Companies - Assist in incorporation of subsidiaries, IPOs, if any - Arrange the documents required from the Secretarial department for other departments such as, Finance, Marketing, Sales etc. - Manage filing systems and records within Secretarial department. Legal - Assist in review and preparing draft NDAs, contracts, license agreements and other documents related to variety of trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters - Prepare power of attorneys, Indemnity bonds, declarations, undertakings etc. - Assist the Company Secretary in regulatory and compliance matters relating to the business and operations of the Corporate COMPETENCIES: - Possesses technical competency - Drives for business results - Champions change - Demonstrates integrity EDUCATION/: - Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India - Additional, Degree in Law EXPERIENCE: - 2 to 3 years Salary Offered : 7 LPA
