The person should have experience as management trainee in any listed organization. The incumbent will be responsible to do the below tasks: To assist in convening various Boards and Comm. Meetings, Annual General Meeting. To handle and comply with all the statutory compliances pertaining to Company Act 2013, SEBI (LODR), 2015 and various other Acts/ Laws. Job Description: - Drafting resolutions, Minutes of Various meetings of Boards. - Preparation and filing of annual filing documents. - Basic knowledge of listed company compliances , filing of various e-forms order CA,2013 - All secretarial work such as issue of shares, increase in authorized cap., Transfer of shares, charge creation and modification etc. Key Activities: - All Secretarial Activities - All Legal Activities
