Desired Skills and Competencies :

- Engineering degree/ MBA with 2+ years of relevant experience

- An understanding of and passion for e-commerce.

- Passionate about merchandise, have a strong pulse on the market, have good persuasion and negotiation skills, and outstanding project management abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

- Understanding and/or hands-on experience in furniture/Decor category will be an added advantage.
