Assistant Business Development Manager - B2B Sales - Architectural Product Category (5-9 yrs)

- Working closely and maintaining good relation by proper mapping with the accounts of leading Govt. Organizations for product specification and approval.

- Responsible for Institutional/ Project sales by maintaining relations with Architects, builders, Interior Designers, Contractors and Government Deptt. for getting design specification & approvals from Architects / Government Deptt.

- Responsible for Product Presentation and Ensuring availability of samples at Project Sites, Architect Offices and Departments .

- Handling and resolving customer complaints and short out within defined time frame along with reporting to back office and Regional Manager as necessary.

- Coordinating with back office & Factory for timely delivery to clients.

- Develop long term strategies with key Architects, Interiors and project management consultants for new Business.

- Prospecting for new clients by Networking, Cold Calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients and convince the clients by proper product presentation.

- Identifying & developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve recurring/ referral business.

- Responsible for growing and retaining existing accounts by presenting new solutions and service to clients.

- Analyzing business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales augment turnover and achieve targets to ensure work in sync with the corporate laid parameters.

- Monitor competitor activities; update on new launches, communication & other activities and devise effective counter measures.

- Follow-up and collect payments in time and ensure that total days outstanding are within the company guidelines.

- Prepare & Submission of reports regarding sales activities and achievements.

Candidate Requirement :

- BE / BTECH

- Experience in B2B / Institutional Sales / Corporate Business-- is Mandatory

- From - Any Building Material Industry preferred
