Assistant Brand Manager - FMCG/Retail (6-8 yrs)
- Ideating and innovating brand strategy - including setting brand style guides to brand value proposition for long term vision
- Anticipating consumer trends and keeping brand up to date with the consumer aspirations
- Understanding consumer behavior & developing brand campaign to position brand
- Ensuring consistency of brand personality across multiple touch points
- End to end management & development of in-house brands from style guide to launch
- Monitor marketing parameters such as distribution, pricing and POS to better position and optimize the company's products and services
- Managing brand visuals from website banners to retail store display units
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional initiatives to ensure the increase in profits within budgeted parameters
- Working closely with content, VM & graphics team to derive innovative ways of Communication
- Generate reports on brand performance, sales, and all marketing projects
- Monitor and analyze market share trends, sales volumes, and competition
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Insightful thinking & an aptitude for creative ,out of the box thinking
- Good understanding of social trends and retail business
- Prior working experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or a similar role in premium Brands (known for Consumer centricity like Oberoi, Taj, Nestle,UBER,Manyawar,Uni clo, Advertising Agencies, OTT platform/Entertainment industry
- Diploma in Mass communications & specialization on Brand Management from top institutes
- Complete understanding of brand principles
- Conversant with current marketing trends and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills & a Team player
Education:
- Education: degree in Marketing & Branding
- Experience: Hands-on experience in Branding, advertising, designing brand campaigns & consumer journey mapping
