Position- Assistant Brand Manager
Must Points-
2015 passout from Tier 1 b-school (IIM, NMIMS, JBIMS, FMS, IIFT, SIBM, etc.)
One year of marketing experience in FMCG/Consumer durable organization.
1. Developing Brand building/marketing plans - Concept, Packaging, Product, Communication
2. Consumer & customer understanding to identify business opportunities and recommend plans to achieve it.
3. On time delivery of assigned marketing projects with alignment from all internal stakeholders and agency partners
4. Regular Competition Tracking for communication, trade, pricing related elements to influence brand's ongoing marketing decisions
5. Collaborate with trade marketing and sales team to deliver commercial plans in market
6. Manage multi-functional project teams to ensure excellence in execution (project plan development, execution, tracking and summarizing results/learning)
7. Lead business analysis and project financials to support and execute marketing business plans
