We are urgently looking for "Assistant Brand Manager" with one of the reputed Japanese MNC. Kindly go through with the following information.

Position - Assistant Brand Manager

Current Location - Gurgaon

Summary of the Job:

The overall role of brand management is to create consumer demand. The person will be responsible for formulating the brand's long-term strategy and developing and executing marketing plans also define the brand's pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly.

Education Required:

- Graduate with MBA (Regular) in Marketing

Experience Required:

- 5+ years experience in Branding Function

Key KPIs:

- Ability to prepare Marketing plans, Packaging design

- Work on Brand communications & POP designs

- Hands on consumer research experience

- Closely monitors and analyzes sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.

- Assists in developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.

- Assists in the identification and development of business building ideas and works with other business unit team members to execute the plans that meet investment criteria.

- Coordinates product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research, consultants and advertising agencies).

- Analysis skills to not only present data but also summarize the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement.

- Develop and execute creative in support of the brands and related products.

- Manager the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary.

- Assist in monitoring brand health metrics and support the development of new brand tracking across businesses.

- Assist with financial projections and budgeting process.

- Manage budgets and financial related to marketing campaigns.

- Assist with management of third party agencies.
