Skills required for the job :

- Fluent English language (oral and written) skills

- Able to collaborate across multi-functional groups and build/maintain/develop relationships

- Able to manage mid to senior level stakeholders and Influence decision making

- Able to handle and manage change

- Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight time scales

- Able to work independently with minimal hand-holding or supervision

- Able to build powerpoint slides and present to stakeholders

- Able to create and publish excel reports and perform root cause analysis

- Has experience in a contact/service centre environment

- Understands Global as a business

- Has experience in Resource Management functions

What I'll be doing - your accountabilities :

- Responsible as key interface for all Resource Allocation requests, being first and overall point of contact, including and not limited to managing front door requests end to end, data validation, identification of named available individuals, checking prioritisation/allocation/availability/utilization/productivity etc, agreeing and reviewing resource recommendation with stakeholders, allocating accurately within system, and conducting business/transformation performance reviews.

- Hold regular reviews on open requisitions, successful/failed allocations, resource supply positions, and proposed resource allocation solutions to incremental/substitution/extension requisitions.

- Drive KPI target achievement in line with Global goals

- Keep internal Allocation tools, systems, SOPs and processes up-to-date and aligned with wider Business Operations & Resourcing plans and/or procedures

- Consistently apply prioritisation logic while driving allocation

- Liaise with mid to senior level stakeholders (CL C, D and E) and manage expectations

- Meet and maintain all legal, regulatory, compliance and BCP standards. Ensure that all documentation to support the role coupled with systems guides, user manuals, business processes and procedures etc are available, fully updated and ISO compliant.
