Manager/ Senior Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities of the Role :

- Responsible for management of Accounts, Audits, Statutory in addition to Project Specific Accounting, Financial Controls and Capital Needs

- Responsible for supervising daily project finance activities, Equity Forecasting, Debt Drawn Down

- Planning, Financial Reporting

- Business Planning for various projects and periodic reviews against the approved Business

- Monitoring the marketing spent V/s approved budgets

- Cash Flow forecasting

- Monthly Financial Reporting

- Liaison and Co-ordination with Bankers, Legal Consultants, Government Agencies, Auditors

- Reporting

a) Business Quarterly and Annual Reports

b) Review of Project Quarterly Report

- Any other duties as may be entrusted from time to time.

Educational Background :

- Qualified Chartered accountant with 3-5 years of experience.

Key Skills, Experience and Background :

- Proficient in Indian GAAP, & IFRS.

- Good communication, presentation and People management skills

- Forge effective and collaborative working relationships across all levels of the organization

- Proficiency in MS office applications as well as integrated financial software & IT systems

- Thorough and practical experience in Indian legislations

- Should be conceptually strong and should have an eye for details.

- Results oriented with high aptitude to learn and excel
