Asset Management/Valuations Role - Private Equity Real Estate Firm

Responsibilities and Duties:

The role is with the Real Estate Asset Management arm of the firm in India. The Asset Management arm is currently managing investments in India spanning across NCR, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune. The focus is on Commercial Real Estate business that the company has.

Major responsibilities that the role will have:

1) Conducting quarterly valuation of the investment that the fund has in India for the purpose of global reporting

2) Getting external valuation conducted from different IPC for the purpose of submission to lender and different auditors

3) Getting the valuation audits conducted from the BIG 4 auditors

4) Preparing presentations for senior management providing overview of different business functions by collating information from the concerned departments

5) Lead various strategic initiatives being undertaken at different points

6) Leading annual CAM / O&M budget preparation and tracking of budget vs actual spend on a monthly basis

7) Calculation of getting annual CAM / O&M rates and getting the same audited

8) Other responsibilities as required

Education Qualification:

- CA rank holder or CA with graduation from a leading college or

- MBA from tier 1 college

Competencies:

- At least 5 - 15 years of years of experience in real estate valuation / Investment function

- Prior experience in Asset Management team in Private Equity organizations or Investment function in large developers will be preferred

- Prefer prior experience in commercial real estate industry and global reporting
