- Role is with a leading NBFC, part of an MNC conglomerate.

- KRAs would include target of interest & fee income, product cross-sell, wallet share growth in portfolio companies.

Portfolio Management : Monitoring Asset quality, compliance adherence, maintaining credit hygiene, de-risking of assets

Coordination : Product Teams, Credit Risk, Legal, Credit Audit, Back offices, Operations

Financial Products : Rupee Term Loan, Structured Debt, mezzanine financing, Sub-debt, Receivable discounting, working capital, refinancing, bridge financing

Mandatory sector experience :

Infrastructure, Roads, Power, Renewable, Construction-EPC, NBFCs, Supply chain, LAS

Requirements :

- CA/ MBA Finance (Batch of 2005-12 only)

- Minimum 5+ experience in the field. Experience in the field of banking/finance is preferred

- Energetic, self-motivated, flexible, independent personality
