Asset Management & Corporate Strategy Role - Real Estate (8-12 yrs)
The role entails primarily asset management, business planning and internal strategic consulting for business transformation and optimization.
Responsibilities:
Asset Management:
- To formulate the business plan for new projects and ensure adherence to key financial objectives of PBT, NPV, IRR etc. over the life cycle
- Ensure timely execution of the project
- Ensure that the design is in line with the positioning and costing envisaged in the business plan
- Highlight any risks to the business
- Drive all cross-functional and key business decisions related to the asset
- To make the annual operating plan and the long-range plan for the asset being managed by factoring in timelines, including approvals, launch, and construction, market sentiment in terms of pricing, the structure of land-related payments, payouts, etc.
- Determine the key performance indicators for the project for the year and periodic review of actual performance with respect to these
- Work with Strategy Head and Functional Heads on key strategic assignments for developing long term capability of the business
- Prepare the business analysis and scenarios
QUALIFICATION:
- MBA / BE /B.Tech from Tier 1 institute / B.Arch will be an advantage
- 8 -10 years of relevant experience preferably working with RE asset management organizations/funds
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Stakeholder management / ability to put his/her views across the top leadership with conviction.
