MANAGER HR & ADMIN
This position is to provide day to day support for recruitment, performance management, career development, payroll management and staff relations activities for our respective functions. Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to improve overall organisational performance and develop and strengthen our position as an employer of choice.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting budgets and targets for the HR department
- Career and Talent Development
- Work with/support department heads with resource planning and monitoring.
- Manage talent attraction programs, sourcing talents for the function using different sourcing tools
- Manage approval and recruitment for vacant positions, provide offer letters
- Manage new hire communication and new hire orientation process
- Support mass recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives
- Manage Performance Management Appraisal process
- Manage delivery of approved training and development programs
- Provide career development programs/implement career development programs for the Function.
- Support in implementation of high potential development programs
- Ensure maintenance of up to date employee database with complete information about the employee
Payroll Management
- Attendance and time tracking
- Monthly payroll processing
- Advances processing
- Travel settlements
- Employee Insurance Management
Performance Management
- Ensure execution of the Organization's Performance Management related policies and procedures and acquaint and train the staff on the same
- Score cards tracking
- Coordinating for quarterly performance appraisals
- Incentives calculations and payments follow up
- Employee engagement and welfare activities
Statutory Related
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws
- Ensure that the outsourced/contracted labour related issues at site and office are managed within the statutory limits
Admin Related
- Asset management (IT, office) and Purchase Processing
- Making travel arrangements, (tracking travel advance, settlements)
- Facility management
- Office administration
- Utilities management
- Vehicle management
- Office Supplies procurement and inventory management
Any other task as may be delegated by the Senior Management
