Aspiring Minds - Project Manager - Transition Manager (3-6 yrs)
Role: Transition Manager (Project Manager)
Location: Gurgaon
Position Overview:
The role involves high level of proficiency in Project life cycle management. The candidate will work closely with the concerned team and manage projects. The person will get exposure to work with corporate clients in India and International geographies.
Job Description:
- On-boarding of new clients/projects (new opportunities) with project management approach
- Create clear project plans with timelines and responsibilities on how to on-board new clients
- Work with internal teams to ensure the project is being delivered as per the initial plan, highlight, escalate and manage any variance from the original plan
- Liaise with clients on the implementation and update them on the progress of implementation
- Train the client on using different functionalities of the tool which the client shall be handling/using directly
- Provide handover to CS team
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in project management is required
- PMP certified to be preferred
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills as the role involves working across multiple teams, both internal and external (client)
