Job Description:

Aspiring Minds Foundation is looking at hiring its starting-up staff. In this position, the person will work directly with Aspiring Minds leadership to put the inaugural initiatives in place. The role will encompass program management and data-based policy research. The candidate will develop and manage programs in building the ecosystem, capacity and connecting stakeholders. This may manifest in events, digital platforms, content, etc. On the policy research side, the candidate will work on framing questions, collecting/analysing data and writing reports.

- The candidate will work in a startup like environment, and take complete ownership of various initiatives at AMF.

- Doing secondary research, data collection, data analysis and writing reports

- Studying policy, government reports and writing policy briefs

- Organize events, roundtables and build relationships with various stakeholders

- Work on defining websites, web products.
