Manager-Finance & Accounts
Responsibilities shall include :
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial reports, providing narrative explanations related to variances to budget and noteworthy trends.
- Overseeing the General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition function.
- Experience executing the month-end closing process of GAAP-based financial statements for a health care provider.
- Monitors fiscal performance and looks for variances or trends
- Establish, monitor, and enforce appropriate internal controls across accounting and finance department.
- Prepare one-off, special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends requested by management.
- Maintains responsibility for fiscal integrity of all financial reporting and operations
- Handling work related to US subsidiary including Transfer pricing study, coordination with US auditor etc.
- Fixed Asset Accounting including physical verification of assets.
- Reporting to Head - Finance and interaction with top management for day to day work.
- Audit coordination with Big 4 audit firm and balance sheet related work.
- Responsible for various statutory compliance including TDS and GST tax returns.
- Coordination with other teams for MIS data and preparation of MIS for Top Management.
- Responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of 2-3 people.
- Managing banking relations and coordination for day to day work.
- Coordination with Company Secretary for ROC related work.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Only qualified CA can apply.
- Experience in Tally 7.2/8.1/9
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.
- Good communication skills - verbal as well as written
- Good knowledge of General Accounting
- High attention to detail
- Strong Analytical skills
