Job Description :

- The incumbent will be involved in end-to-end process of corporate sales starting from market research, prospecting, establishing contact, pitching product through presentations, negotiating and closing the sale.

- With the guidance of his manager, he shall actively develop business for Aspiring Minds and develop long term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities :

- Perform market research and segmentation through primary and secondary sources.

- Generate leads, active selling and closure of accounts

- Understanding client requirements and conceptualizing a plan to service the client

- Manage team members, train them and be responsible for their targets

- Working with the in-house team to get timely delivery with the client

- Pitch for new products and services to the client.

Key Skills :

- Consultative solution selling

- Strong Communication skills

- Ability to build long term relationships with the clients

- Ability to guide and manage a team

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Excellent communication skills, Fluency in English required.

- MBA from Tier 1 B-School.

- Candidate should be ready with the individual contributor role

- Should have handled BPO clients/or have worked for BPO/ITES sector into corporate sales

- Minimum 2-years of experience post MBA into solution sales/corporate sales from Tier 1 B-School only
