Aspiring Minds - Business Head - IIM/FMS/XLRI/MDI/SP Jain (5-8 yrs)

- As Business Head, you will take an entrepreneurial role owning strategic planning and revenue for the territory. You will align the overall strategy to set the sales management process, build the team and manage the team closely to grow business.

- While there will be primary focus on acquiring new clients, mining existing clients and growing wallet share will also be integral to this role. You will also own alliances and partnerships in the area and find new ways to develop the territory. You will also work with the product team to better align the products to the territory and also propose new products relevant to the territory.

Essential Functions :

- Develop the sales plan and actions to enhance market presence and lead its deployment in the operating territories. Oversee development of sales collaterals & tools, including customer success stories, testimonials, sales playbooks, proposal builders and so on.

- Identify and evaluate target customer segments/ clusters and go-to- market alliances by generating regular insights about the business environment and customer shifts, and initiate targeted action to achieve the plan

- Drive the sales pipeline review process to accurately forecast, qualify and grow the pipeline while balancing product and customer focus and increasing conversion-rate in the medium-to-long term

- Provide clarity to team(s) regarding the direction/ priorities and drive its deployment down the line. Review and track progress both in terms of outcome as well as process on a regular & timely basis.

- Work closely with the technology/ product management organization to deliver enhanced customer experience through seamless on-boarding, implementation and post implementation support.

- Own hiring, training, deployment and on-going coaching/ mentoring of field sales resources/2 nd line sales leaders and create a culture of accountability across the sales organization by setting the right metrics and tying compensation and promotions to actual results

Desired profile :

- 5+ years of experience in corporate sales and team management

- MBA from top tier colleges such as IIMs, FMS, XLRI, MDI, SP Jain.

- Preferred experience in selling IT product/solution, analytic services, FMCG products.

- Enthusiasm to take an entrepreneurial role

Location : The candidate will spend at least 75% of his/her time in Manilla, Philippines for the first year.

- Compensation will include target driven variable and ESOPs
