Responsibilities :

- Running B2B marketing campaigns for creating sales leads with both online and offline methods with the support from all global teams.

- Collect and research hot topics on the Internet and combine new media features to adjust and update the content.

- Plan and execute own marketing events, attend third party event with marketing partners.

- Generating marketing content about our services and technology

- Planning offline activities like attending conferences, workshops, etc.

- Keeping Aspiring Minds' website updated and visible on search engines

- Keeping Aspiring Minds- social media channels active with new content.

- Developing relations with marketing/PR firms for new activities.

Requirements :

1. Full time MBA (Preferably MICA) from Tier 1 Institute.

2. Rich online and offline activities to promote practical experience, understand the characteristics of the knowledge media, and be familiar with the operation process of word-of-mouth marketing;

3. Good sense of network, excellent creativity, strong execution ability, good strategic thinking ability and able to write a plan independently, mastering the image processing software to a certain extent;

4. Good at English both in writing and oral;

5. Active thinking, hard-working, sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure;

6. Good understanding and experience in HR tech companies is a good plus;

7. Good teamwork spirit; Strong executive ability, independent thinking ability, observation ability and strain capacity;
