Position Overview:  The candidate will take ownership of operations and delivery at Aspiring Minds for both India and overseas and help service some of the largest companies in India. The incumbent will provide leadership to the operations and client servicing teams in delivering services to customers with high quality. He/She will oversee delivery, implement new high efficiency methods, handle customer escalations and drive new initiatives. The role will also involve interface with internal product team with suggestions and getting new features implemented, necessary for delivery. The candidate's work, among others, will involve substantial analytics, projections and estimation.  Responsibilities would include:  - Interface with customers and sales team to understand delivery requirements and project management  - Analytically driven resource and process planning  - High quality delivery with cost control   - Meet customers for relationship building  - Work with product team for new feature implementation  - Implement new initiatives end-to-end   - Reporting to top management with execution and efficiency MIS  Requirements  - B Tech. + MBA from an institute of repute.  - 5+ years in Operations and Project Management.  - Good English communication skills - written and verbal.   - Results driven dedicated to setting and achieving quantifiable goals for self, team and all projects.  - Extremely proactive with strong bias for action.  - Demonstrated ability to take ownership over increasingly larger projects.  Location: Gurgaon  About Aspiring Minds  Aspiring Minds is a global leader in assessments and certifications with presence in India, US, Middle East, Africa and South Asia.
