Aspiring Minds - AVP - Business Development

- The individual will lead our business in the vocational assessment and certification space working closely with government and quasi-government agencies.

- Aspiring Minds is already the market leader in skill assessment in India and this individual will take this to further heights. S/he will be involved in new business acquisition, nurturing and maintaining relationship with clients. He/she will own client management, business development and ensuring proper delivery by coordination with internal teams.

- The person will directly report to the CEO. S/he will get opportunity to interact with senior officials, present new ideas, deliver operational/analytical presentations and close business.

- The person needs to have an analytical bent of mind and be able to take and manage multiple responsibilities at the same time. The person needs to have strong communication skills and ability to liaise with senior government/non- government officials.

Key Responsibilities :

- Business development and relationship management at senior levels in client organization

- Understanding the business in detail and being able to do mid-to-long term planning to continue to grow the vertical

- Responsible for project requirements and conceptualizing a service plan and getting timely delivery with the client.

- Set up meetings, conceptualize, prepare and deliver presentations

- Drive closure of the deals

- Communicate regularly with the client to inform them about progress, address any servicing issues.

- Report client servicing efficiency through regular MIS and analytical update to management.

- Build long term relationship with the client.

- Should be from FMCG sector

Education : MBA from a reputed Institute

Exp level : 5-10 yrs
