We are looking for a dynamic sales leader to lead the Enterprise Inside Sales team at Aspiring Minds. This team is responsible for selling Aspiring Minds products and solutions to Enterprise accounts pan India. As the Head of Inside Sales team, you will play a an instrumental role in working closely with key accounts, helping team achieve its objective of selling to new accounts, up-selling and cross-selling to existing accounts. The role requires you to lead - build, manage, evolve sales processes to not only scale pan India but globally. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - The role requires to maintain and grow relationships with large customers, while achieving an assigned sales growth goal and is primarily responsible to drive Sales; Revenue and ensure Operational Efficiency of the Team - Reporting to the Head - Corporate Sales, S/he is expected to retain existing business,while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts. - S/he is responsible for selling and supporting the firm's complete product and service offering in tandem with the Major/Corporate Account Manager in their assigned set of named accounts. - S/he will Strategize the sales process with Account Managers, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, alongside the Major/Corporate AM. - Focusing on customers with high-value, strategic growth opportunity. - Her/his most important customer interactions are telephonic and event based engagements. - S/he is responsible for achieving an assigned sales and team goal. - S/he will also Build, manage and evolve the inside sales process to ensure scalability and high customer experience - Will Lead and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales target for individuals and overall team - Lead the team to manage existing business and acquire new business. - Building strong relationship with clients, doing client pitches, convert prospects/leads - Work towards managing and growing the existing accounts. Key Requirements: - 8+ years of enterprise sales experience - MBA / PGDM from Tier 1 Institutes. - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - Excellent people and management skills - Global exposure is a plus
