Aspect Ratio - Associate Consultant - Pharma Analytics (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :


Aspect Ratio is rapidly expanding in the space of Pharma Analytics and we're looking for experienced candidates to be part of the team. The position requires you to be comfortable working with patient-level datasets and EMR/EHR datasets.


Areas of delivery for the team include :


- Use transaction-level datasets to answer business questions


- Build models to drive business decisions


- Automate existing processes to drive efficiency


Responsibilities of the individual include :


- Structure an ambiguous business problem and devise a mathematical and/or programming solution


- Execute the solution in the best possible tool or platform


- Dive deep into data, analyze and discover patterns/ causes


- Design robust and scalable algorithms


Requirements :


Qualification : 4 year Engineering degree. An MBA or any specialized course in Analytics is a plus. Work experience in Pharma/Healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory.


Experience : 2-4 years of experience working with large datasets using SQL/SAS/Python/R.


Skills required :


- Expertise in SQL & Python or R


- Expertise in MS Excel would be a plus


- Excellent communication skills


- Expertise in Data Science algorithms is a plus


- Experience with Pharma datasets is a plus
