Production Manager - Fiji

Key Deliverables of this role :

- Production planning for optimal productivity as per norms and targets

- Service levels as per plans for Fiji and the Islands with control on FG inventory for Fiji

- Enhancing IR within the factory

- Implementing TOP initiatives of the company as per plans

- Compliance with all statutory and legal requirements for operation of the plant and the warehouses

- Basic knowledge about Engg. Functions (PM & Breakdown maintenance)

- Must have functional competencies

- Prior work experience in paint production at supervisory level and of dealing with workers

- Experience of negotiating and handling the union and maintaining productive IR

- Production planning skills

Additional Information about the position:

1. Functional / operational details about the role :

(e.g.: size and scale of operations, budgets, different interfaces involved, future plans /strategies for the concerned area etc.)

- Manage production of ~ 6000 kl of paint p.a.

- Ensure optimal service levels for customers in Fiji and the Islands
