Job Purpose

- To build and grow the Distributor Network for an identified Division and category ofproducts

Business Responsibility Areas 


Key Performance Indicators

- Responsible for setting up of Distribution channel in the selected geography, for selected product categories (Adhesives / Smartcare/ FMCG)

- Responsible for Sales & Growth of Adhesives in respectiveMarket

- Responsible for Sales & Growth of Smartcare in Distributionchannel

- Responsible for Sales of Other Focus products (e.g. Sanitizers) in Distributionchannel

- Should work closely with Super-stockists / Distributors / Retailers for building long term businessrelationship

- Should prepare & submit MIS reports on time as per ourformats

- Drive distribution for New Products as pertargets

- Execution of channel management by covering gaps in market servicing, outlet coveragegaps 


- Responsible for Distributor / Super-stockist Management: appointment/improvement / discontinuation through close coordination with respective Regional salesteams

- Carrying out weekly reviews with Regional teams: on Distribution& Focus productsSales

Previous Experience
