Role Description :&nbsp; Job Purpose :&nbsp; - Manage Marketing agenda for APL international markets - Develop and execute Marketing programs for International units Business Responsibility Areas Marketing Role: - Work along with internal and external stakeholders, consumers for conducting market research and build marketing plans for our International units. - Develop and execute marketing strategies for International units. - Support and build capabilities at local level for units on various areas like New product development, Retailing, Corporate, Digital, B2B/Project sales, Influencer loyalty management etc. - Take responsibility of leading thoughts on new and existing marketing agenda, creative space, design and execution of marketing initiatives. - Work along with the units for increasing the overall market share &amp; mind share. - Explore new countries and assess their macro-economic factors for conducting business, paint industry and market potential - Integrate with cross functional stake holders in Finance, taxation etc for their inputs in preparing the business plan Key Performance Indicators :&nbsp; - Good understanding of marketing concepts an ability to generate consumer Insights - Ability to work with teams and lead from the front - Achievement orientation and delivery of key objectives - Ability to reach out to new avenues and different stake holders for gathering the inputs - Ability to build professional network and interpersonal relations - Excellent presentation skills Scope of Work :&nbsp; a) Financial Scope (Range of financial spend):&nbsp; CTC - approx. equivalent to M6A / M5B b) People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports): Need to work independently and should work with teams in remote locations. Must work with teams who do not have direct reporting and those hailing from cross cultural background c) Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide) - International units and new geographies d) Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub-function-wide / Other): - IBU wide Key Interactions :&nbsp; Internal - IBU stake holders, Cross functional managers, Deco Marketing Managers External - Prospective business partners, Agencies, Vendors etc Role Requirements / Specifications :&nbsp; Qualifications Essential: A Graduate from Commerce/Engineering/Science/ Business Management background Desired: MBA from a reputed Institution Previous Experience Essential: At least 4 years experience in Sales or Marketing Desired: At least 2 years in Marketing and handling Retailing/ Digital portfolios in Marketing Functional Competencies :&nbsp; - Good in Marketing and business concepts - Good in planning and strategies - Ability to Lead a team for execution on marketing concepts/ new strategies - Overall good business perspective Behavioral Competencies - Team Player, Good Inter personal relations, Effective communication - written and spoken Additional Requirements - Ability to work with limited supervision, be a self-starter, relishes challenges, loves travelling and meeting new people and thrive in challenging environment
