Asian Paints - Manager - Marketing (3-5 yrs)
1. Product Branding and communications :
a. Help in development of product packaging for Exterior Primer, Economy Exterior Emulsion, Premium Interior Emulsion keeping in reference packaging guidelines of Asian Paints Group.
b. Development of Shade card and Product Collaterals for the above range of products in line with the Brand guidelines and Brand Imagery guidelines.
2. Sales Team Management :
a. Manage a team of 250/300 strong sales team for managing the tertiary sales from Dealer to customer.
b. Volume /Value target achievement and product level target achievement
c. Recruitment, training of Tertiary sales team. Develop content for the training and designing of the content.
3. Promotion of Product :
a. Work with the network/Sales team to find out the best route to Market to promote the launched products.
b. Define the process for the BTL activities to be conducted in all the markets where products have been launched
c. Develop standard templates for the meet and design market communication/marketing tools for such meets.
d. Carry out execution of such meets with Asian Paints Brand in mind, and to meet the stated objectives as above
4. Digital :
a. Work on the designing and communication of the look and feel of the Asian paints Indonesia Website
b. Corporate communication/design of the content for each product to be put up on the Asian Paints Website in line with the Parent Website of Asian Paints
c. Coordinate with the IBU India Marketing team to roll out the website/ create design with min 2 year sufficiency of design.
d. Work on the social media platform to promote product level/ corporate level and improve the Asian Paints corporate brand for the customers
