Brand Manager for Bedding (Category Expert as AM/M6B)

- As we continue to expand our horizon in Home D- cor, we are looking at a strong definitive future in the Home Textiles industry - especially after a stellar 2021-22 in Home Furnishing fabrics. With a significant reach in the furnishing retailers- network at a pan-India level, we are excited about our newer forays that come in with relevant value propositions to the consumers & as a key value addition to the retailer our retailer family.

- Our teams that manage various businesses in Home D- cor & the people who make our teams have been an integral fuel to our success so far. We have built our teams with a sharp eye on our milestones across categories and thereby putting every bit of effort in finding the most befitting candidates.

- We are looking to grow our team and add another member who joins us on the journey.

Role Description :

- Brand Manager for Bedding & Home Textile Made Ups- A Brand + Product Category manager + Category expert for Bedding / Home Textile made-ups category - that usually comprises of products across Bedsheets, Bedspreads, Quilts, Comforters, Luxury Bedding Sets.

Key Deliverables :

- Pan India Ownership of category / segment level business milestones

- Product , Packaging & Catalogue Conceptualization + Development in sync with Design Cell

- Pan India Ownership of Consumer Campaigns + Trader Promotions

- Pan India Trader/Dealer level Activations

- Operations planning in sync with Supply Chain & Commercial Team

Eligibility :

- Work Experience - 6-10 Years after MBA / Post Graduation in the Bedding Category / Home Textile Made Ups / Bed Linen category

- Education - MBA/PGDBM/PGDM and/or BE/B.Tech/B.Com/BA/M.Tech/B.Arch/B.Des

Competencies Sought :

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong Analytical skills & proven ability to process/infer data well

- Good Communication skills & strong personal inclination for promptness in communication

- Basic understanding of design nuances within Home D- cor categories

Team & Location :

- Role in the Soft-D- cor Category team that manages Fabrics, Bedding, Rugs & other related categories.

- Base location is Mumbai (at Asian Paints HO in Vakola, Santacruz East).
